TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to memberships, class packs, drop-ins, introductory and promotional offers, events, private sessions, and other Pilates and wellness services offered by Coreify Reform.
By purchasing a service, creating an account, reserving a class, or attending a Coreify Reform session, clients agree to these terms, subject to applicable law.
1. Booking Window
All memberships, class packs and other eligible pricing options have a booking window of up to thirty (30) days in advance, subject to class availability.
2. Monthly Membership Terms & Automatic Renewal
All monthly memberships have a minimum commitment of three (3) months unless otherwise stated at purchase.
Following this initial commitment, the membership automatically renews on a rolling monthly basis at the agreed rate until cancelled by the client. The membership does not expire automatically at the end of the initial commitment.
Cancellation requires thirty (30) days’ written notice to Coreify Reform, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Membership payments continue until the effective cancellation date.
3. Weekly Membership Terms & Automatic Renewal
All weekly memberships have a minimum commitment of thirteen (13) weeks.
Following the initial 13-week commitment, the membership automatically renews on a rolling weekly basis at the agreed rate until cancelled by the client. The membership does not expire automatically at the end of the initial commitment.
Weekly payments are collected automatically every seven (7) days using the registered payment method.
Cancellation requires thirty (30) days’ written notice to Coreify Reform, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Membership payments continue until the effective cancellation date.
4. Membership Cancellation & General Conditions
All membership cancellation requests must be submitted directly to Coreify Reform in writing. The membership remains active during the applicable notice period, and payments due before its effective cancellation date remain payable, subject to applicable law.
Stopping attendance, leaving class credits unused, not reserving classes, removing a payment card, or deleting the app does not itself cancel a membership.
Memberships are non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise. Classes are subject to availability and the studio’s booking, cancellation, and attendance terms.
5. Medical Cancellation
The 30-day written notice requirement also applies to medical cancellation requests, subject to applicable law.
Where a medical condition prevents participation, contact Coreify Reform promptly. Supporting medical documentation may be requested where appropriate. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually.
6. Membership Pauses
Memberships may be paused for a total of up to four (4) weeks within any 12-month period, either continuously or as shorter approved periods.
All pauses must be requested from, and approved by, Coreify Reform in advance. Pauses cannot normally be applied retrospectively. Being away or not attending classes does not automatically pause payments or a membership.
7. Membership Credits
Membership credits are assigned according to the selected plan. Clients manage reservations through the Coreify Reform app or website.
Where the applicable membership permits rollover, unused credits may carry forward while that membership remains continuously active. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Founders, Locked-In & Promotional Memberships
Founders, specially discounted, and promotional memberships remain subject to the terms of the particular offer.
Where a price is advertised as locked in, that rate continues while the qualifying membership remains active and the account remains in good standing. Cancellation ends that promotional rate; any later rejoining is at then-current pricing and availability.
9. Class Packs
Class packs are subject to the expiry dates, eligible class types, and conditions shown at purchase. Clients must use their credits within the applicable period.
Expired or unused credits are not automatically extended or refunded, subject to applicable law. Certain packs may be limited to selected services, formats, or locations. Only expressly shareable packs may be shared; other credits are personal to the registered client.
10. Monthly Guest Pass
Active Unlimited and Class Membership holders receive one complimentary guest pass per calendar month, irrespective of whether their plan includes 4, 8, 12 classes, or Unlimited.
Guest passes may be used for eligible classes across both Coreify Reform studios, subject to space availability. They are intended only for new guests who have never purchased or joined any Coreify Reform paid pricing option, including a membership, class pack, intro offer, or drop-in.
Guest reservations must be made in advance. Unused passes do not carry forward. Passes may be used only while the qualifying membership is active, cannot be sold or exchanged, and require completion of the studio waiver.
The standard 12-hour cancellation policy applies to guest bookings; a late cancellation or no-show forfeits the guest pass. Coreify Reform may adjust guest-pass terms on reasonable notice.
11. Introductory & Promotional Offers
Offers are subject to the stated eligibility criteria and purchase conditions, including any activation, expiry, date, or class-type restrictions. Intro offers for new clients may be purchased only by eligible new clients unless indicated otherwise. Offers cannot be combined unless specifically permitted.
12. Booking Classes
All classes are subject to availability. Reservations and account changes are managed via the app, website, or directly with the studio where available.
Clients must have a valid class credit, membership, or qualifying entitlement to reserve a space. No particular class, time, or instructor is guaranteed.
13. Waitlists
Joining a waitlist signals an intention to attend should a space become available. The booking system may confirm a place automatically or issue a notification, depending on settings and timing.
Clients unable to attend must remove themselves from the waitlist and are responsible for checking confirmation status, contact details, and notification settings. If another class is booked for the same day, contact the studio for assistance cancelling any unwanted waitlist request.
14. Late Cancellations
Coreify Reform applies a 12-hour class cancellation policy. A class cancelled fewer than 12 hours before its scheduled start is a late cancellation.
Membership holders incur a $15 late-cancellation fee; class-pack clients forfeit the credit for that booking. The studio may waive a fee or restore a credit for exceptional circumstances at its discretion; one waiver does not establish a continuing exception.
15. No-Shows
Failure to attend a confirmed class without cancelling constitutes a no-show. Membership holders incur a $20 no-show fee; class-pack clients forfeit the booking credit. Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on booking privileges.
16. Classes Cancelled by Coreify Reform
Classes may be cancelled due to instructor illness, low attendance, emergencies, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable operational control. When Coreify Reform cancels a class, the applicable booking credit is returned to the client’s account.
17. Schedules, Instructors & Locations
Coreify Reform may reasonably change schedules, instructors, class formats, services, and studio locations as operational needs require. A purchased product does not guarantee the continued availability of a specific teacher, class, time, or studio.
18. Studio & Class Access
Access depends on the membership, class pack, or service purchased and available capacity. Some offerings have participation prerequisites or limited equipment. Wunda Chair and other equipment-led classes depend on equipment availability and class limits.
19. Class Levels & Safety
Clients are responsible for choosing classes suitable for their abilities, experience, and condition and for following all instructor and studio safety instructions. Instructors may adapt exercises, restrict movements, or recommend a different class level when necessary for safety.
20. Injuries, Pregnancy & Health Changes
Clients must inform their instructor of any relevant injury, pregnancy, recent surgery, physical limitations, or meaningful health changes before participating. Do not participate against suitable medical advice. Seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional if unsure whether an activity is suitable.
21. Waiver & Participation
A current Coreify Reform participation waiver must be completed before attending classes or services. Movement activities carry inherent risks. Clients should stay within their abilities, follow guidance, and immediately report pain, dizziness, illness, or concerning symptoms.
22. Red Light Therapy
Selected classes and services may include Red Light Therapy. Clients must review applicable safety information and disclose relevant circumstances, medications, or other factors affecting suitability. Seek professional healthcare guidance if uncertain whether this service is appropriate.
23. Payments & Outstanding Accounts
An active weekly or monthly membership requires a valid payment method on file. By purchasing a recurring membership, clients authorize automatic payments to their registered method at the agreed weekly (every seven days) or monthly billing frequency.
Clients must maintain current payment and contact details. Cash and card are accepted for applicable class packs, events, private sessions, and physiotherapy/Active Rehab services.
If a recurring payment fails, the payment or booking provider may notify the client and retry it. A failed charge does not cancel the membership or discharge an outstanding balance. Booking privileges may be restricted while amounts remain overdue.
24. Refunds
Purchases are non-refundable except where Coreify Reform expressly provides otherwise or law requires a refund. Unused membership time, unused or expired credits, late cancellations, and no-shows do not automatically entitle clients to reimbursement. Exceptional circumstances may be considered individually.
25. Studio Conduct
All visitors must respect instructors, staff, other clients, and studio premises and equipment. Unsafe, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or seriously disruptive conduct may lead to removal from a class or restrictions on studio access.
26. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for personal belongings brought to the studio. Coreify Reform is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items, to the extent permitted by law.
27. Website, App & Client Accounts
Coreify Reform uses online systems to administer accounts, reservations, memberships, payments, and communications. Clients must maintain accurate contact and payment information and review bookings, waitlist status, balances, and messages. Contact the studio for assistance where a verified system error affects a reservation or account.
28. Communications
Coreify Reform may send operational communications about reservations, waitlists, cancellations, schedules, payments, and important account information. Marketing messages are managed according to communication preferences and applicable Canadian rules.
29. Privacy
Personal information is collected, handled, and protected according to the Coreify Reform Privacy Policy and relevant Canadian privacy laws.
30. Changes to These Terms
Coreify Reform may update these terms as services, operations, or policies change, subject to applicable legal requirements. The current terms will be available on the Coreify Reform website and/or app.
